Hello, my name is Frank Geremia. I am a retired Police Officer/Sergeant and a U.S. Navy veteran with service in Operation Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, Operation Noble Eagle, and Operation Bright Star as an Intelligence Specialist for Joint Special Operations in the Middle East. I'm also a proud father of two daughters. My oldest has continued our family tradition by serving in the U.S. Navy, and my youngest is still in high school.

Over the past twenty-seven years, I have developed extensive skills in managing people and risk mitigation, while continuing my higher education.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Arizona State University and recently graduated from Florida State University College of Law, earning a Juris Master's Degree in HR Risk Management & Labor/Workplace Law.

                    Completing courses such as: Contract Law, Tort Law, Legislation and Regulation Law, Civil Litigation Fundamentals,  Negotiations, Mediation and Bargaining fundamentals Theory and Practice, Law and Risk Management for Insurance, Governance, Risk Management and Compliance, HR Documentation Employee Policies, and Procedures, Employment Discrimination Law, Employment Law and HR Compliance, Workplace safety and Wellness compliance Law, and earning 11 legal research certifications in Westlaw, lexis and Bloomberg databases. 

During my tenure as a law enforcement officer and sergeant in Daytona Beach, I gained invaluable experience in managing people, crime scenes, and major event venues with over 100,000 attendees. I completed over 2500 hours of advanced training in various disciplines, including interviews and interrogations, major crime investigations, and training and supervising officers in high-liability subjects such as firearms, critical incident response, and workplace violence. I also had the honor of serving as a DARE officer, working with the International DARE Association to develop new programs and teach children in our community and across the country.

After retiring in February 2016, I embarked on a new career at UPS, where I am currently employed as an On-Road Supervisor, training and supervising drivers. UPS has been a positive and rewarding change, allowing me to apply my previous experiences and training to the private sector. I supervise and train hundreds of employees in safety, production, and performance-related areas. Many of my employees have expressed their gratitude for my dedication to their safety and success, which I believe directly enhances my own career fulfillment.
